For all the those blue cheese lovers. We have a yoghurt - blue cheese dip recipe for you to go with your Tasty Treats Krit. Ingredients: 1/2 Greek yoghurt, 1 tbsp.fresh lemon juice, Salt, Pepper, Half an onion, 1 tbsp chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, 60grams of blue cheese.
Method: 1) In a bowl, whisk together the yoghurt, lemon juice, ¼ teaspoon each salt and pepper. 2) Stir in the scallion and parsley, then the blue cheese. 3) Serve with Tasty Treats Krit or Wheatons
