Use De Vries Double Velvet biscuits to make this cool cake!
Method:
1. Melt chocolate and 150ml cream together and let it cool.
2. Mix remainder of cream, mascarpone and icing sugar in a bowl - beat until thick.
3. Make the base of biscuits, use a bit of the icing sugar mix to stick and stack biscuits.
4. Pour some of the chocolate-cream mix to add a chocolate layer!
