Do we deliver Orders placed Online internationally?

No at this stage orders placed on our online store are only delivered within South Africa. Export orders can be discussed with our export department leon@tastytreats.co.za

How much will the shipping cost?

Your shipping costs are calculated by order weight and volume and varies based on your location. To calculate your shipping costs, add the products you wish to purchase to your cart and enter your delivery address on the checkout page. Your shipping costs will automatically be calculated.

How will my order reach me?

For local orders, we use a courier service that will deliver your package to your door, so please provide us with a street address and make sure someone will be present to receive your package.

When do you deliver?

Our couriers generally deliver from Monday to Friday between 08h00 - 12h00 and 14h00 - 17h00.

Can you deliver after hours & on weekends?

We don't deliver after hours or Weekends

Can you deliver on public holidays?

We don´t deliver on public holidays

Can I collect it?

Yes! If you are in the Gauteng, you can collect your order from us. Just pick the ‘ Store Collection’ option at the checkout and we’ll send you our address. Make sure you indicate the date and time of collection

Kindly note that we only process orders when we have received your payment and the money reflects in our account. EFT payments sometimes take longer to reflect and may, therefore, delay your order.

You can expect it in 2 – 3 working days if you are in a major city and 4 – 5 working days if in an outlying area.
